Mr. Narasimha Reddy Duthala is a Mechanical Engineer from Institute of Engineers, Calcutta.
He has over 32 years of aggregate experience in Pharmaceutical Research & Development and Manufacture of Pharmaceutical products and known for his innovative production planning.
He is the founder of Vindhya Pharma (India), Vandana Life Sciences and SV Labs.
He is responsible for Operations, R&D, Business development and Regulatory functions at these companies.
Dr. Pramod Kumar has done is Masters in Organic Chemistry from Lucknow University and Ph.D. from I.I.T. Kanpur.
He has over 28 years of research experience in Chemical Research & Development in companies like Lupin Laboratories Ltd, Ranbaxy Research Laboratories, Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd & Micro Labs Ltd.
Before joining Viyash, Dr. Pramod Kumar was associated with Micro Labs Limited as Vice President – API R&D.
He has about 50 patents in his name filed in India, Europe and US. Published around 30 national and international journals on different areas of Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
Srinivas Vasireddy did his B.Sc from Nagarjuna University. He has over 33 years of pharmaceutical experience across API operations and SCM roles.
Prior to Viyash, Srinivas worked for over 20 years in Mylan Labs with his last role as Head of API (Special Projects). He has also held leadership positions in Manufacturing, PPIC, Third Party Manufacturing and actively involved in Quality improvements, Compliance and EHS enhancements.
At Viyash, he is responsible for the overall API operations across all units.

Before joining Viyash, Mr. Rajkamal Varshney was associated with Biocon Limited, as Regional Head of API Sales & BD.

Previously, worked with Laurus Labs and served as KMP for one of it’s group companies
